Thanks to our long experience in the production of fabrics in artificial and synthetic raffia and natural fibers such as linen, jute and cotton, we create weaves that combine the trends in fashion and furnishing by acknowledging naturalness and sustainability. Our fabrics made of FSC certified Pontova ® viscose artificial rafia and GRS cotton or with biodegradable jute grown and spun according to sustainability principles, are used for the production of bags and shoes by the most famous Italian and international fashion houses.
The jacquard weaving is particularly important within our production because it allows us to create suggestive patterns of colored rafia and easily reproduce logos and customised designs.
A long experience in the processing of cellulosic and natural materials on our warp and weft looms, has made it possible to create a variety of textured fabrics particularly appreciated in the field of furnishing, where the natural look is enhanced by the depth of the nuances and the three-dimensional texture.
The Fratelli Reali company is also specialised in the import and marketing of mats and woven fabrics in natural rafia, rattan, wicker and straw fibers.
For the winter collections we create fabrics in which synthetic nylon rafia blends with wool and chenille, generating waves in which typical aspects of natural fibers blend with other more technical and contemporary ones.
